It took nearly 2 hours to change my oil. My tires were never rotated but box was checked on my service sticker that they were. Jake was great though.

Was told need $180 service that was not explained to what it was.Went to get in my vehicle and had to get in passenger side because could not get in driver side because of vehicle parked next to mine.

I come in for an oil change and tire rotation. I leave with my rims scratched up, lugs messed up and studs lose. I saw why all this happened. I’ve had my tires rotated before with NO PROBLEMS AT ALL and the crazy part is Jake try to feed me some BS about what happened when i saw the problem with my own two eyes. I never would have thought going to a DEALER for service would be like the but I guess ppl will try to tell a paying customer any when they make the mistake. I will NEVER COME BACK AND WOULD ADVISE OTHER TO DO THE SAME.

Greeted upon arrival and during check in. Also greeted as I entered the waiting area. Was kept informed throughout service visit.
